Sacred is the word of cats
That it shall not be writtenOur fangs our sealed
Our tails swoop lowWhen it comes to truth
Subtle is the law of cats
That it shall not be sharedOur eyes follow
Our paws pounceOur claws dig into the meat of the unjust
Translator's Note: Apparently the reason Dima hasn't written a poem for months wasn't that there's a new baby in the house. He recently joined a cat cult where he had to refrain from doing his favorite thing (besides eating and sleeping) for 3 months as an initiation rite. The good news is that they let him in. This poem is evidence of the brainwashing going on. I'm fine as long as the cult doesn't involve murdering one's providers.

Jeremy, with your stamp of approval, I would like to use this poem of Dimo's in a work on the care and 'keeping' of cat claws I've just started to work on. I intend for it to be a website and a pamphlet. If you would like to see my other cat website:
http://www.felineconstipation.org
Could you email from the contact (last) page at that website if you see this request? There is a contact link at the end of the menu.
Thanks very much for your consideration.

The pamphlet is since turning into a book. Whether it does or does not become a website also, Dima's contribution is valued. Thank you, Dima.
